In large and complex projects where the volume of tasks, documents, and workflows is considerable, and where many geographically dispersed resources are involved, deploying a comprehensive information and communication technology infrastructure capable of managing extensive project tasks and activities, documents and records, meetings and correspondences, specific actions, extensive internal and external communications, as well as complex processes and workflows, is essential.
Mr. Gholamhossein Nejabat, by receiving the Excellence Award from the esteemed Office of the Presidency and achieving the international ranking of 24 from ICIS, is the most honorable man in the industry, who has played a prominent role in investing in and developing petrochemical projects.
The path of Neco’s organizational project management
These tools have been developed by specialists at Neco Industrial Management Company, for several years. The background of this work dates back to our presence at the Petrochemical Project Management Research and Development Center, collaborating with top international consultants to assess the performance of Iranian petrochemical projects and design improvement solutions. The development of systems for managing project-oriented organizations in Iran and managing mega oil, gas, and petrochemical projects has been carried out based on extensive research, consultancy, and training activities in the past, initially piloted at Sepehr Energy Company. Subsequently, with the establishment of Neco Industrial Management Company, these systems were designed in the form of a comprehensive system for managing project-oriented organizations and Neco projects and were tested in several large projects. Finally, the current version was designed in 2016, and the first comprehensive version of this new system was unveiled in 2019.
