The path of Neco’s organizational project management
These tools have been developed by specialists at Neco Industrial Management Company, for several years. The background of this work dates back to our presence at the Petrochemical Project Management Research and Development Center, collaborating with top international consultants to assess the performance of Iranian petrochemical projects and design improvement solutions. The development of systems for managing project-oriented organizations in Iran and managing mega oil, gas, and petrochemical projects has been carried out based on extensive research, consultancy, and training activities in the past, initially piloted at Sepehr Energy Company. Subsequently, with the establishment of Neco Industrial Management Company, these systems were designed in the form of a comprehensive system for managing project-oriented organizations and Neco projects and were tested in several large projects. Finally, the current version was designed in 2016, and the first comprehensive version of this new system was unveiled in 2019.
